This book has an incredible amount of pages, covering several aspects of the game. It's soft cover, mostly full color, and with glossy pages.
There are illustrations for pretty much every character in the game, including people you meet, enemies you fight, and all of the celestial gods. The more important characters have several concept sketches. There are also drawings at the beginning for each of the weapons that Amaterasu can carry. Towards the end there are random comics that the artist sketched and concept artwork for backgrounds.
All of the art is drawn in a beautiful, traditional Asian style that is very fitting of the game. Though most of the book is in color, most of it is not in very full and bold colors. For example, several character drawings are done in a soft, watercolor look. Many images are also in a beige tone, kind of as if it was drawn on a scroll. Regardless, it's still a great book and is called the "complete works" for a reason. If you're an Okami fan, this is a really nice to have.
